This nice picture came to my phone today while yesterday I discovered that one of my friends is organizing Forest Bathing activities.
After experiencing spontaneously the healing impact of energy at trees at an energy point in Estonia I regularly meditate under trees. That´s why I am not surprised anymore about the stories on healthy benefits from hugging a tree.
Have you ever tried it? It can be refreshing and empowering. To me it feels like rinsing and the relaxing sensation is like hugging a loved one. As meditation, it facilitates reconnecting and alignment.
This is one of the topics that fascinates me but experience it by yourself next time you´re outside.
